The company does not own, operate, or control any hotel, airline, transport service, restaurant, or other third-party facilities. Therefore, Tirth Sewa cannot be held responsible for delays, service deficiencies, or any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from the actions, negligence, or management of independent contractors such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, or other service providers.

All rates mentioned are applicable only to Indian nationals. Guests of other nationalities are requested to contact our travel experts for customized pricing and assistance. Before booking a tour package with Tirth Sewa, all travelers are advised to review official government travel advisories, warnings, and restrictions for the destinations they plan to visit. The company does not guarantee that travel to any location is entirely risk-free. Tirth Sewa shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from travel to such destinations.

Tirth Sewa reserves the right to modify, alter, or withdraw any tour package, service, or part thereof, at any time and without prior notice, if circumstances require.

Upon receiving a booking confirmation email from tirthsewa.com, customers must carefully review all details of their reservation. Any inaccuracies or missing information should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation. Some package components may be non-refundable or non-changeable, and Tirth Sewa cannot be held liable for any errors reported beyond this timeframe.

While every effort is made to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate, details are supplied by authorized tour operators and service providers. Tirth Sewa does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies, outdated descriptions, or representational images used in the tour listings. All images shown on our website and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.

Itinerary Changes and Responsibilities

Customers are expected to be punctual and follow the schedule throughout the tour. If a guest misses any sightseeing or activity due to personal delay, no refund or compensation will be provided. Tirth Sewa shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, theft, delay, or irregularity occurring during the tour due to weather conditions, strikes, wars, quarantines, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events. Any additional expenses resulting from such events will be borne by the traveler.

The company also reserves the right to modify or revise itineraries, change accommodations, or alter departure schedules as necessary to ensure customer safety and convenience.

Easy Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 60 days from travel date – No Cancellation Charges
• Cancellation between 60–45 days – 25% cancellation charges
• Cancellation between 45–30 days – 50% cancellation charges
• Cancellation within 30 days of travel – Non-Refundable

Booking Policy

• If booking is made 60 days or more before travel: 25% of package cost as advance
• If booking is made between 60–45 days before travel: 50% of package cost as advance
• Remaining 50% balance to be paid 30 days before the travel date
• If booking is made within 30 days of travel: 100% payment required for confirmation
