Begin your journey with a pickup from Haridwar Railway Station or a pre-scheduled location, then travel comfortably to Barkot, a scenic hill station located at the foothills of Yamunotri. If time allows, you can enjoy a refreshing stop at the famous Kempty Falls along the way.
On arrival at Barkot, check in to your hotel or camp, relax, and enjoy a warm dinner. Overnight stay at Barkot.
After an early breakfast, drive to Jankichatti (45 km), the starting point of your first hill yatra to Yamunotri. From here, begin a 6 km trek to the sacred Yamunotri Temple. Pilgrims may also choose pony or palki services at their own cost for a more comfortable journey.
After darshan, trek back along the same route and return to Barkot. Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at Barkot.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi, a holy town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River, known for its ancient temples, ashrams, and rich spiritual heritage.
On the way, visit the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, check in to your hotel, relax, and enjoy dinner. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Early in the morning, drive to Gangotri, the sacred origin of the holy River Ganga (known as Bhagirathi at its source). On arrival, take a holy dip in the river and offer prayers at the temple.
After darshan and pooja, return to Uttarkashi. Enjoy dinner and a peaceful overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Guptkashi, a spiritually significant town located about 47 km from the holy shrine of Kedarnath. The town is known for its peaceful surroundings and religious importance.
On arrival, check in to your hotel or camp, enjoy dinner, and relax. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
Early in the morning, drive to Sonprayag up to the transport parking area. From there, take a local jeep or vehicle (around 2 km, at your own cost) to reach Gaurikund.
From Gaurikund, begin the 19 km trek to the sacred Kedarnath Temple, marking the start of a truly spiritual journey.
Note: To avoid last-minute price hikes, it is recommended to pre-book helicopter, pony, or palki services in advance. Pilgrims traveling by trek, pony, or palki should start early around 4:00 AM for a smoother journey.
On arrival at Kedarnath, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple and perform pooja. If time permits, you may also take a short trek to the Bhairav Baba Temple.
Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Wake up early in the morning and visit the Kedarnath Temple for darshan and pooja. Afterward, begin your trek back toward Sonprayag in time. Please coordinate with your driver, who will be waiting for you at Sonprayag / Phata / Sirsi as scheduled.
Later, drive back to Guptkashi, check in to the hotel, enjoy dinner, and relax. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive toward Badrinath, passing through Joshimath and Pipalkoti. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax for a while. If time permits, you may proceed for Badrinath Temple darshan. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Badrinath is a highly revered pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. The Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is located at an elevation of 3,133 meters. After some rest and refreshments, visit the sacred Tapt Kund (hot water spring) for a holy bath, followed by evening darshan at Badrinath Temple.
If you could not visit Badrinath Temple the previous day, you may do so in the morning and perform the rituals and pooja. After returning to the hotel and having breakfast, check out and begin your downhill journey toward Haridwar via Rishikesh—a sacred city known as the Yoga Capital of the World.
On arrival in Rishikesh, visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula if time permits. Later, continue your drive to Haridwar (25 km) and get dropped at the Railway Station or Airport as per your scheduled departure.
